Use of the Site by any person (hereinafter the "User") is governed by these terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms of Use"), which define the conditions for accessing and using the Site. The Site presents the services offered by Hôtel L’Inattendu in the fields of hospitality and dining, and allows Users to send inquiries via the “Contact” section and to make online bookings.

6. Dispute Resolution – Mediator
In case of a dispute between the consumer and the hotel, both parties shall attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator (MTV) free of charge within one year of the written complaint.
